Cronkhite Property Management is seeking a Content Marketing Assistant to support our ongoing and future marketing initiatives. This is a part-time, remote role ideal for someone with experience in digital content creation who enjoys working independently while collaborating with a growing team.

About the Company

Cronkhite Property Management (CPM) is a founder-led property management and real estate investment company based in Springfield, Missouri. We manage a growing portfolio of residential properties and continue to expand our operations. Our team values collaboration, efficiency, and creative problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Design visual assets such as YouTube thumbnails and social media graphics
• Edit and publish long-form and short-form video content for platforms including YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
• Create and schedule social media posts
• Write blog content that supports SEO and brand messaging
• Collaborate with team members on content calendars, branding, and marketing initiatives

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in content creation, graphic design, or digital marketing
• Experience using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software
• Video editing experience using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Familiarity with YouTube and social media platforms
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote environment
• Reliable internet connection

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience creating content for real estate, property management, construction, or home services
• Basic understanding of SEO, YouTube optimization, Google tools, or AI-driven content strategies

Schedule & Compensation

• Part-time: approximately 20 hours per week
• Flexible schedule
• Pay range: $5.00-$8.00/hr. USD per hour
• Compensation paid via Upwork
• Long-term opportunities may be available based on performance and business needs
