This is a <strong>part-time, remote role</strong> ideal for someone with experience in digital content creation who enjoys working independently while collaborating with a growing team.</p><h3><br></h3><h3><strong>About the Company</strong></h3><p>Cronkhite Property Management (CPM) is a founder-led property management and real estate investment company based in Springfield, Missouri. We manage a growing portfolio of residential properties and continue to expand our operations. Our team values collaboration, efficiency, and creative problem-solving.</p><h3><br></h3><h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Design visual assets such as YouTube thumbnails and social media graphics</li><li>Edit and publish long-form and short-form video content for platforms including YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok</li><li>Create and schedule social media posts</li><li>Write blog content that supports SEO and brand messaging</li><li>Collaborate with team members on content calendars, branding, and marketing initiatives</li></ul><h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3><ul><li>At least 2 years of experience in content creation, graphic design, or digital marketing</li><li>Experience using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software</li><li>Video editing experience using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills in English</li><li>Familiarity with YouTube and social media platforms</li><li>Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote environment</li><li>Reliable internet connection</li></ul><h3><strong>Preferred (Not Required)</strong></h3><ul><li>Experience creating content for real estate, property management, construction, or home services</li><li>Basic understanding of SEO, YouTube optimization, Google tools, or AI-driven content strategies</li></ul><h3><strong>Schedule &amp; Compensation</strong></h3><ul><li>Part-time: approximately 20 hours per week</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Pay range: <strong>$5.00-$8.00/hr.
