This position reports directly to the GM/Operations Manager.<br></p><p>The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the full construction lifecycle--from pre-construction planning to project completion--ensuring each build meets quality, budget, and timeline goals.</p><h2><br></h2><h2><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h2><ul><li>Manage multi-family construction projects from start to finish</li><li>Develop and maintain construction schedules, budgets, and timelines</li><li>Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams</li><li>Ensure construction meets quality standards and is ready for leasing turnover</li><li>Monitor job progress and enforce safety compliance</li><li>Collaborate with architects, engineers, and leasing teams to align project goals</li><li>Assist in building and developing the construction division, including team growth</li><li>Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and company policies</li></ul><h2><strong>Qualifications</strong></h2><h3>Required</h3><ul><li>High school diploma or GED</li><li>Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record</li><li>5+ years of experience managing construction projects (multi-family experience preferred)</li><li>Strong understanding of general construction, building science, and building codes</li><li>Ability to analyze project cost data and identify corrective actions</li><li>Proficiency with computers and mobile technology (Microsoft Office or similar tools)</li><li>Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Availability to work occasional extended hours, including some weekends, based on project needs</li></ul><h3>Preferred</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)</li><li>Experience overseeing multi-family or residential development projects</li><li>Familiarity with project management software, scheduling tools, and CAD systems</li><li>Experience leading teams and managing vendor/subcontractor relationships</li><li>Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills</li></ul><h2><strong>What We Offer</strong></h2><ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Opportunity to contribute to a growing multi-family construction division</li><li>Engaging projects focused on build-and-lease development strategies</li><li>Collaborative and supportive work environment</li><li>Professional growth and advancement opportunities</li></ul><h2><strong>About Enterprise Developments</strong></h2><p>Enterprise Developments' multi-family division specializes in building high-quality residential communities exclusively for our internal portfolio.
